Salad Ingredients
- 1 Florida Grapefruit, sliced into segments
- 50g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 50g dates, roughly chopped
- 50g blue cheese
- 1 chicory
Dressing Ingredients
- Juice from half of a Florida Grapefruit (approximately 50ml)
- 1 tsp honey
- 50ml extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
1. Roughly chop the dates and nuts, pull the leaves off your chicory, and slice your Florida Grapefruit into segments and assemble in a bowl or on a plate.
2. Add together the juice from half of a Florida Grapefruit, the honey, extra virgin olive oil, and some salt and pepper. Mix well to ensure well combined and then set aside.
3. Crumble the blue cheese over the salad and then drizzle the dressing. Serve straight away or leave the dressing off and add later when you are ready to serve.
