Ingredients
- 1 Florida Grapefruit
- 50ml rum
- 300ml ginger beer
- A handful of mint leaves
Preparation
1. Half fill two glasses with ice, then divide the rum between both glasses.
2. Cut the Florida Grapefruit in half and squeeze one half into each glass.
3. Add the fresh mint and pour over the ginger beer. Enjoy!
