Ingredients
- 2-3 Florida Grapefruit
- 400ml plant-based cream
- 180g caster sugar
- Mint or basil leaves
Instruction
- Start by scooping out the middle of 2-3 Florida Grapefruit, save the juice of half of a grapefruit.
- Add the plant-based cream, sugar, and grapefruit juice to a bowl and mix together; then simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes before pouring the mixture back into the Florida Grapefruit peels.
- Leave to set in the fridge for 3 hours before serving with mint or basil leaves and enjoy!
